Role Overview:
The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, provide accurate reporting, and guide management with strategic financial insights. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and recommend actions.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Oversee banking, loans, payroll, and import procedures.
- Ensure tax compliance and support audits.
- Lead accounting system upgrades (SAP/manual).
- Supervise accounting staff and build team capacity.
- Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA+ preferred).
- 5+ years’ accounting experience, 2+ in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
- Proficiency in SAP & Excel.
- Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
