Position Summary:
Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a well-experienced Barista to join their team in Arusha City. The successful candidate will prepare and serve coffee, other beverages, and light food items while providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation- Brew coffee and tea, operate espresso machines, and create specialty hot and cold drinks.
- Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about products.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment like grinders, blenders, espresso machines, and brewers.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and seating areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and receive and organize new inventory.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Studies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Barista in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
