Role Objective:
Ensure effective management of environmental activities (gardening, landscaping, waste management, safety compliance), maintaining a sustainable, clean, and safe workplace while leading a large team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee gardening, landscaping, and farm environmental maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement proper waste management and disposal.
- Supervise and motivate large teams for efficiency.
- Plan and execute environmental projects on time.
- Propose innovative, sustainable improvements.
- Diploma in Environmental Science or related field (degree not required).
- Proven experience in environmental management/landscaping.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Swahili.
