NACTVET Technical Teachers Registration The National Council for Technical Education Act, Cap. 129, under Section 5(1)(b) and its 2021 amendments under Section 24(1)(a), requires the Council "to register technical and vocational teachers and other qualified technicians". Therefore, TVET Teachers and Technicians are required to register and obtain a NACTVET Registration Identification.
