Names Called for Interview MDAs & LGAs United Republic of Tanzania – President’s Office, Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS)
On behalf of MDAs & LGAs, the Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat informs all job applicants that interviews for various positions will be conducted from 1st October 2025 to 24th October 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective duty stations.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Interviews will take place on the specified dates, times, and venues indicated for each position.
- Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
- Each candidate must bring a valid identification document. Acceptable IDs include:
- Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- OR an introduction letter from the Local Government Authority.
- Candidates must present their original certificates, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV Certificate
- Form VI Certificate
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree and above (as per job requirements).
- Not accepted: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV & VI results slips. Such candidates will not proceed with the interview.
- Each candidate will cover their own meals, transport, and accommodation costs.
- Candidates must strictly observe the date, time, and venue allocated for their interviews.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted.
- For professions requiring registration, candidates must bring their original professional registration certificates and valid practice licenses.
- All shortlisted candidates must log into their Ajira Portal accounts and record their exam numbers before the interview day. Exam numbers will not be provided at the venue.
- Candidates whose names differ across documents must provide a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) issued by the Ministry of Lands.
