Core Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Tidying: Dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and polishing furniture.
- Linen and Towel Service: Changing bed linens and replacing used towels with fresh ones.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenishing guest rooms with toiletries, soaps, shampoos, coffee, and water bottles.
- Waste Removal: Emptying garbage cans and disposing of trash daily.
- Reporting Issues: Reporting damages, maintenance needs, or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Guest Assistance: Responding courteously to guest requests and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintaining Standards: Adhering to hotel procedures and health and safety regulations to ensure cleanliness and safety in rooms and public areas.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures every part of the room is clean and properly stocked.
- Efficiency: Completes tasks quickly within assigned timeframes.
- Customer Service: Maintains a friendly and professional attitude with guests.
- Organizational Skills: Manages cleaning carts, supplies, and workload effectively.
