Role Purpose:
To maintain and operate plant utilities including compressors, generators, boilers, and HVAC systems in line with preventive maintenance plans and manufacturers’ instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain utilities equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor, record, and report operational parameters.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
- Participate in installations and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise contractors working in utility areas.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and 5S3.
- Propose improvements for utility systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience with boilers, compressors, generators, pumps, and related systems.
- Knowledge of English and Swahili.
- Good computer skills.
