Role Overview
We’re hiring a Credit Analyst to assess loan applications, ensure compliance, and support risk management processes for smooth and timely loan approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify loan applications and KYC documents.
- Analyze applicants’ financial status and credit history.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
- Recommend loan approvals and participate in Credit Committee.
- Communicate application outcomes to customers promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely loan disbursements.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; English & Swahili fluency required.
- Experience in vehicle or boda-boda financing is an added advantage.
