Role Overview
We’re seeking a Debt Collection Agent to ensure timely repayment, maintain accurate records, and provide professional customer communication while meeting collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remind and follow up with customers on payments via calls, emails, and letters.
- Keep accurate records of debt collection activities.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure resolution.
- Update and manage customer data.
- Suggest improvements in collection processes.
- Achieve individual and team collection goals.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in debt collection or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
