About Us
Mogo Credit Tanzania, part of the global Eleving Group (15+ countries), is entering the Tanzanian market with innovative financing solutions for cars, motorcycles, tuk-tuks, smartphones, and logbook loans. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and portfolio targets.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Grow the loan portfolio while maintaining strong repayment rates.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective action when needed.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, coaching, and training.
  • Build strong customer and community relationships to boost visibility.
  • Ensure proper risk management, asset protection, and reporting.
  • Foster a customer-focused, high-performance work culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing (Master’s/certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years in financial services/microfinance/banking/asset financing.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or branch management role.
  • Strong track record in sales growth, loan portfolio management, and collections.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with loan management systems.
