Security / Fraud & Investigations Officer – Full-Time
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
About Us
Mogo Credit Tanzania, part of Eleving Group (operating in 15+ countries), is launching to provide innovative financial solutions including vehicle, smartphone, and logbook financing. We are looking for a Security / Fraud & Investigations Officer to strengthen our risk management and fraud prevention systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and background checks.
- Collect information from government and non-government agencies.
- Manage complaints, evidence, and investigation records securely.
- Prepare timely investigation reports and attend court when required.
- Support proactive research on fraud and financial crimes.
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
- Strong investigation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in law enforcement, fraud, or financial crime prevention (preferred).
- Knowledge of banking/financial fraud is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Fluent in English & Swahili, with integrity and loyalty.
