Important Instructions for Interviewees
- Interviews will take place on the specified dates, times, and venues as indicated in the announcement for each job category.
- Every candidate must arrive wearing a face mask.
- Each candidate must bring a valid identification document. Acceptable IDs include:
- Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- OR an introduction letter from the local government authority.
- Candidates must present their original certificates, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV Certificate
- Form VI Certificate
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or higher, depending on qualifications.
- Not accepted: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form IV & Form VI results slips. Such candidates will not proceed with the interview.
- Candidates will cater for their own meals, transport, and accommodation.
- Candidates must strictly observe the allocated date, time, and venue.
- Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authority (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reason for not being shortlisted and prepare for future opportunities.
- For professions requiring registration, candidates must bring their professional registration certificates and valid practice licenses.
- All shortlisted candidates must log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to record their exam numbers in advance. These numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
- Candidates whose names differ across documents must provide a registered Deed Poll (Name Change Affidavit) issued by the Ministry of Lands.
