Purpose:
Operate brewing/packaging processes, perform maintenance, quality checks, problem-solving, and coach team members to ensure consistent, high-quality production at optimal cost.
Responsibilities:
- Operate brewing, fermentation, filtration, and packaging processes.
- Perform housekeeping, 5S, and safe work practices.
- Conduct quality checks, record results, and resolve issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems to supervisors.
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Perform autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support and coach fellow team members.
- Diploma in Food Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office/SAP).
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Team player with initiative and achievement drive.
