Position: DCS Operator
Organisation: Lake Cement Ltd. (Power Plant)

Qualifications:
- 0–3 years’ field experience in power operations.
- VETA Certificate (minimum) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Operate DCS panel & boiler safely during shifts.
- Troubleshoot issues & handle emergencies.
- Monitor coal, ash & water levels, take corrective action.
- Coordinate minor maintenance with operators.
- Ensure environmental compliance.
- Plan load management & stoppages.
- Perform routine checks & report status.
- Maintain shift logs & operational records.
- Boiler & turbine repair skills.
- Experience with AFBC boiler startups (cold/hot).
- Emergency handling (blackouts, system failures).
- Breakdown management (coil puncture, hydro testing).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in boilers & DCS.
