Responsibilities:
- Recruit & manage sales agents to achieve branch targets.
- Conduct loan appraisals & recoveries in line with policies.
- Manage branch assets & ensure compliance.
- Drive sales growth & customer acquisition/retention.
- Cross-sell loan products & convert leads.
- Ensure adherence to credit, collection & compliance policies.
- Diploma+ in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years’ sales/marketing experience (finance, insurance, or solar sector preferred).
- Knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets & customer behavior.
- Proven ability to deliver results independently & in teams.
